We use the Client Portal system exclusively for all of your body corporate records.
As far as financial requirements go, our Client Portal provides cutting edge technology. It gives you, the owner, access to your body corporate’s records. The following reports are available for your viewing at any time day or night:

Invoice Hub
The Invoice Hub is an additional facility of the Client Portal, and can only be seen by those who have been appointed to approve invoices on behalf of the body corporate.
The Invoice Hub was developed to provide a more transparent environment for invoice approval and payment.
When Cassels Strata receives a service invoice for your building, it is uploaded to the Invoice Hub. The authorised committee member of your body corporate then approves or disputes the invoice. Approved invoices are paid by Cassels Strata within 7 days. Queried invoices are responded to within 24 hours and resolved.
This system ensures all invoices are correctly approved prior to any payments being made, giving you full control of creditor expenditure.
