Her broad experience has given her a well-rounded understanding of strata operations, property compliance, and client service.

Now in the role of Strata Assistant Team Leader, Abbey continues to provide dedicated support across a wide portfolio of schemes. Known for her attention to detail, reliability, and approachable nature, she plays an integral role in coordinating daily operations and ensuring a high standard of service for both Strata Managers and clients. Abbey is passionate about efficiency, clear communication, and fostering a supportive team environment.

Outside of work, she enjoys baking, reading, and getting creative with DIY projects.
